About the Company
Advertising India is seeking enthusiastic and committed female Website Developers to join their expanding team based in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. The position is office-based and welcomes candidates ranging from fresh graduates to experienced professionals who are focused on developing their careers in web development.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and maintain dynamic, responsive websites ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Produce clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Utilize technologies such as HTML, PHP, Laravel, and Node.js for website development tasks.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve website issues to enhance functionality.
- Collaborate closely with the design and development teams to deliver quality projects.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and adhere to best practices in performance optimization.
- Assist in incorporating new features and fulfilling client-specific requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Laravel framework, and Node.js.
- Familiarity with website architecture principles and coding standards.
- Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
- Knowledge of responsive web design principles.
- Basic experience or understanding of Git or version control systems considered a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen desire to learn emerging technologies.
- Educational background preferably includes a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Compensation
