Over the last five years, the team has partnered with entrepreneurs such as Noah Kagan and Jesse Pujji, as well as executives from large companies including Swisscom and Rhomberg.

The business has reached an important growth stage after validating its done-for-you service model and scaling to 200k MRR as of October 2025. To support further growth, launch new products, and strengthen technical execution, the company is looking for a full-stack engineer.

Role overview

This position is focused on building the technical backbone behind content operations. The engineer will contribute to both customer-facing products and internal systems, with priorities shifting based on what the business needs most. In some weeks, the work may involve launching user features; in others, it may center on analytics tooling or improving AI-driven workflows.

Core work

• Develop features using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Build and improve AI-enabled workflows and automation.
• Design user-friendly interfaces for content calendars, idea generation, and analytics dashboards.
• Work with the existing data stack, including PostgreSQL/Supabase, performance analytics, and content databases.
• Ship quickly, incorporate user feedback, and maintain a high bar for quality.

Team and reporting structure

You will work with the Fractional CPO, Bernie, on architecture decisions and report to the Head of Content, Max, who is responsible for product direction.

Requirements

• At least 2 to 3 years of full-stack development experience, preferably in a startup setting.
• Strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Good understanding of relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as Claude and OpenAI, and with AI-based products.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and implementing authentication flows.
• Ability to prototype rapidly with a practical approach, while also knowing when reliability and maintainability should take priority over speed.

Preferred background

• Basic Python knowledge for ML model integration.
• Experience building tools for content creation, creators, or marketing technology.

Compensation and structure

The starting pay is €4,000 to €5,000 per month. This is a full-time remote role, with CET as the preferred time zone, though it is not mandatory. The role includes a 4-week paid trial period to make sure the match works both ways.

Hiring process

The selection process is designed to evaluate both technical ability and problem-solving approach. It begins with a review of your CV, GitHub profile, and hobby projects. Shortlisted candidates will then have a 30-minute introductory call to discuss background and fit, followed by a 45 to 60-minute technical interview based on 2 to 3 project scenarios. If both sides feel it is a match, the process continues with a 4-week paid trial where you will build real features alongside the team.
