Full Stack Developer I

Overview

This role involves working closely with advisors to define architectural solutions, developing robust and scalable code, ensuring high standards of code quality and security, leading code review processes, and managing development priorities. The position requires active communication across multiple teams, mentoring junior developers, and supporting both leadership and vendor collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Full Stack Developer Advisors to decompose large epics into detailed business and capability features, iterating designs with domain and solution architects, and guiding application architects on program-level design and sound architecture.
• Develop and deploy scalable, resilient, and high-performance code and microservices.
• Maintain the quality, security, and execution performance of developed solutions.
• Lead and participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and enforcing best practices.
• Balance and manage competing priorities effectively, providing clear status reports including escalation to executive leadership when necessary.
• Take ownership of software demonstration content and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate communication and problem resolution within extensive cross-group development efforts involving multiple teams and business stakeholders.
• Clearly communicate requirements and needs to onsite and offshore vendor teams.
• Serve as backup lead developer during their absence.
• Mentor junior developers ensuring proper knowledge transfer and promoting best practices across teams.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational background must include a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

Professional experience varies by level:
Associate: No prior experience required
Standard I: Minimum 2 years
Standard II: Minimum 3 years
Senior I: Minimum 4 years
Senior II: Minimum 5 years

• Proficient in English communication
