About Mindrift and the Role

Mindrift connects experts with AI initiatives led by technology leaders, aiming to unlock the power of Generative AI through global expertise. We seek a talented Web Designer for the Tendem project, a part-time freelance opportunity focused on crafting effective web marketing materials and landing pages. This role involves collaborating with AI-driven Tendem Agents by providing expert creative input and high-quality designs that effectively translate brief ideas into polished, brand-aligned web visuals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop compelling, conversion-oriented one-page websites, pitch landing pages, and straightforward marketing pages from text content, outlines, or draft concepts.
• Convert brand graphics and social media visuals into responsive web structures, creating components and sections that developers or no-code tools can implement seamlessly.
• Organize and prepare production-ready design packages in Figma, including frame management, asset exports, and detailed specifications for handoff.
• Maintain perfect visual harmony across interactive web pages, static PDFs, and marketing materials.
• Apply quality control measures to verify responsiveness, spacing, clarity, and alignment with contemporary web design standards prior to delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum two years of professional experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications preferred.
• Academic background such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is advantageous.
• Advanced skills in Figma, specifically for creating responsive and scalable web layouts with auto-layout and design system management.
• Experience designing conversion-focused landing pages emphasizing clarity, spacing, and current web aesthetics.
• Proficiency in preparing digital assets for development handoffs, compatible with developer workflows and no-code platforms like Webflow or Framer.
• Capability to ensure consistent branding across multiple platforms, syncing web materials with social and pitch assets.
• English language skills at an upper-intermediate level (B2) or above are mandatory.
• A methodical, user-oriented, and conversion-centric design mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding white space and modern web layouts.
• Self-motivated with the ability to independently troubleshoot and deliver finalized files efficiently.

Project Details and Compensation

The workload is estimated at approximately 10 to 20 hours weekly during periods of active project phases, though this can fluctuate according to project needs. Compensation for this assignment can reach up to $50 per hour, depending on individual proficiency and output speed. Payment terms may vary with other projects within the Mindrift platform, reflecting differences in complexity and required expertise.
