FP&A Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic FP&A Analyst to join the finance division of a prominent and well-established company. This position involves working collaboratively with senior leaders to deliver key commercial insights and underpin strategic decisions through comprehensive financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Generate insightful financial analyses and management reporting.
• Create detailed financial models, perform scenario analyses, and build business cases.
• Collaborate with operational teams to aid informed decision-making.
• Evaluate trends, key performance indicators, and overall business performance.
• Champion enhancements in reporting and planning methodologies.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement projects within the finance function.

Candidate Profile

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified or progressing towards qualification.
• Prior experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering roles.
• Strong capabilities in budgeting, forecasting, and developing financial models.
• Proficient in advanced Excel and analytical tasks.
• Effective at engaging and communicating with senior-level stakeholders.
• Possesses a commercially driven mindset with a proactive approach.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within professional services, consulting, or other complex, multi-stakeholder environments is advantageous.
