Role Overview

As a Food Runner, your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless food delivery from the kitchen to guests. You'll be responsible for presenting dishes impeccably and guaranteeing timely delivery to enhance the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the communication bridge between kitchen and dining room teams in a dynamic and fast-paced setting, ensuring prompt food delivery.
• Accurately receive and convey orders to kitchen staff following ticket specifications, verifying all plates meet quality standards before leaving the kitchen.
• Maintain a tidy and organized service station, strictly conforming to cleanliness and sanitation standards regulated by DHEC.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Preferred minimum of one year experience within a restaurant environment.
• Uphold a positive and energetic attitude, readily supporting fellow team members and contributing cooperatively.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills with managers, colleagues, and guests alike.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, brunch hours, and holidays.
• Physical capability to stand and walk continuously with occasional bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting involved.
