Role Summary and Responsibilities

The F&B Captain plays a crucial role in supporting the entire Food & Beverage operations within the hotel. The objective is to maximize guest experience, enhance team performance, and drive business outcomes by ensuring the delivery of top-tier service quality. Responsibilities include fostering a strong team spirit, guaranteeing prompt and courteous service consistent with brand and F&B standards, and upholding a safe, clean, and sanitary work setting. This role also involves managing daily team interactions, motivating staff, and promoting problem-solving skills through effective training and empowerment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous
