Job Overview
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Hilton in Saudi Arabia, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional hospitality by managing the flawless execution of banquet and event operations, ensuring memorable experiences for every guest.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor with guests, proactively enhancing their experience at every opportunity.
- Organize, plan, and execute a variety of events across F&B outlets including breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
- Supervise the setup of function rooms, confirming that linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware meet event-specific requirements and maintain Hilton's quality standards.
- Communicate detailed event specifications, procedures, and updates with all relevant Food and Beverage teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Oversee the post-event breakdown process, ensuring function rooms are cleaned and equipment is stored properly for upcoming events.
- Manage and support the Food and Beverage team by handling scheduling, providing supervision and coaching, and recognizing staff efforts.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations to promote the well-being of guests and team members.
