About the Role
We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate individuals to join our dedicated teams at The Counting House pub in Congleton. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training is provided by an award-winning programme that equips you with essential skills for success. - Competitive pay rate of £12.81 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Take customer orders and prepare, dispense, and serve drinks accurately, either at the bar or through the customer app
- Deliver food promptly and ensure follow-up checks are completed, including clearing tables within specified timelines
- Engage warmly with customers by greeting, thanking, and building rapport
- Stay informed about current promotions, events, and new product offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards by clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and performing restroom checks regularly
- Support various tasks including glasswashing, restocking refrigeration units, floor and beer garden tidying, and other duties as needed

Additional Information
- Wages for under-18s may be lower but comply with or exceed national standards
- Shift patterns are flexible covering mornings, evenings, weekends, and late finishes
- Hours per week are approximately 10 with flexibility across all days
