Role Overview
This entry-level Finance Manager position offers a dynamic career in Finance at P&G. Finance professionals are essential contributors to multifunctional teams and influence key business decisions and growth strategies. From the very beginning, you will take charge of strategic initiatives that may include external customer negotiations, co-developing marketing and sales plans, and enhancing production and logistics efficiency. Possible entry roles in the finance department include financial analyst positions in brand, customer business development, plant financial management, financial accounting, or internal audit analysis.
Candidate Profile
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong academic performance is required or expected before joining.
- Applicants must be flexible and willing to work at any P&G site within the DACH region, including Schwalbach, Crailsheim, Kronberg, Worms, Euskirchen, Groß Gerau, Walldürn, Berlin, Marktheidenfeld, and Spittal a.d. Drau.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities are essential alongside leadership ambition and enthusiasm for finance.
- Candidates should effectively collaborate with diverse teams, exhibiting creativity, innovation, and initiative.
- The ability to make complex decisions by balancing data analysis with intuition is important.
- Proficiency in both German and English (minimum C1 level) in written and spoken form is required.
- Work experience, internships, or studies abroad are advantageous.
