Job Role and Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle financing applications and ensure all necessary documentation is collected.
• Act as the main liaison for customers throughout the entire financing process.
• Collaborate closely with dealership partners to confirm vehicle availability, pricing details, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor ongoing applications by following up on incomplete documents and financing decisions.
• Explain BloX's co-ownership financing structure and repayment options to customers.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer information within CRM and Loan Origination Systems.
• Assist in onboarding processes for new dealership partners.
• Refer complex cases to relevant internal teams for resolution.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in automotive sales, vehicle financing, banking, leasing, or other financial services sectors.
• Fluency in Arabic (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle financing solutions, including leasing, installment financing, or Islamic finance principles.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on communication, customer service, and relationship management.
• Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other digital platforms.
• Holds a valid Qatar driving license.
• Possession of a transferable residency permit (NOC) or a valid Qatar ID.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with Diminishing Musharakah or other Islamic financing products.
• Existing connections with automotive dealers in Qatar.
• Awareness of financial services regulated by the Qatar Central Bank (QCB).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a comparable discipline.
