Job description
Job Overview
We are presently looking to onboard Field Service Technicians to manage the installation, upkeep, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems, networking hardware, telecom devices, home and office automation systems, and solar power solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installations of various security and automation equipment at client sites.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs to ensure functionality.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to networking, telecom, and automation devices onsite.
- Support clients by delivering prompt and effective technical assistance during field visits.
- Travel as required to different locations for field operations and customer service visits.
Candidate Profile
- Must be ready and willing to travel extensively for hands-on fieldwork and onsite support.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration ranges between 18000 and 25000 INR depending on experience and skills.
