Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Field Sales Executive to spearhead in-person student recruitment and broaden our network. This position demands an agile, field-based approach, engaging actively at educational hotspots, transit points, and partner locations to effectively capture prospective student leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic mobility-driven outreach in target zones such as campus exits, metro stations, and coaching centers to directly engage students.
- Deliver compelling presentations tailored to student needs about free digital tools, career guidance, and academic programs.
- Record prospect contact details instantly using a company tablet, with real-time OTP verification to ensure accurate lead data before providing resources.
- Identify and recruit local micro-agents, including security personnel, counselors, and nearby shop owners, to join the referral network.
- Distribute marketing materials like flyers and secure placements for posters and bookmarks in high-traffic local businesses to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with local agents, motivate them, monitor their performance, and assist with manual lead submissions.
- Strictly track and report daily interactions, validated leads, and agent registrations through a structured dashboard.
- Offer qualitative feedback on student concerns, common queries, and competitor activities to the marketing team.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Between none to three years’ experience in roles such as field sales, direct-to-consumer marketing, event promotion, or frontline customer interaction; highly motivated fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Possession of a valid driving license and access to a personal two-wheeler for intra-city commute among target regions.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities characterized by confidence, extroversion, and persuasive communication with strangers.
- High physical endurance necessary for a mobile, outdoor-focused role without fixed seating.
- Proficiency in using smartphones, tablets, web browsers, and executing digital verification procedures like OTP or WhatsApp-based confirmations.
- Mandatory fluency in the regional language and conversational skills in Hindi and English.
