Overview
We seek a proactive and motivated Field Sales Executive to actively promote and sell our range of spices to retail outlets, including grocery stores and kirana shops. The position entails consistent field visits to develop and maintain strong retail relationships, ensuring product visibility and steady order inflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily visits to designated retail locations to present and market our spices products.
- Effectively communicate product features, pricing, and benefits to store owners and managers.
- Place and collect orders from retailers promptly to meet their supply demands.
- Consistently attain monthly sales objectives.
- Foster and sustain robust customer relationships while expanding the retail network.
- Gather and relay market insights and competitor activities.
- Guarantee that the products are well-displayed and available at all retail points.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
- Enthusiastic about fieldwork and capable of traveling on a daily basis.
- Preferably possesses basic knowledge of FMCG or retail sales dynamics.
- Goal-oriented with the capacity to meet sales targets.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler and smartphone is highly advantageous.
