About NIAD Group and Role Overview

NIAD Group is growing rapidly in Bihar and seeks a proactive Field Recruiter based in Patna. This position involves sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding frontline talent, mainly Field Sales Executives (FSEs), across Patna and nearby regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and on-ground sourcing across Patna to find potential FSE candidates.
• Assess candidates on educational qualifications (10th/Graduate), communication effectiveness, knowledge of local market, and suitability for field sales roles.
• Develop and maintain a steady pool of candidates, both freshers and experienced, to fulfill bulk hiring needs.
• Assist selected candidates through onboarding procedures including documentation, application setup, and initial orientation.
• Collaborate with regional operations and sales teams to understand staffing requirements and achieve hiring targets.
• Keep detailed daily hiring reports, monitor recruitment sources, and share local market feedback with senior management.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary (10+2) qualification.
• Experience: Open to freshers with strong interpersonal skills and those with up to 3 years in field recruitment, bulk hiring, or related field sales support roles.
• Possess good knowledge of Patna and surrounding Bihar districts.
• Mobility: Preferably owns a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for field visits.
• Technology: Comfortable using smartphones and basic mobile applications.
• Skills: Strong local language communication, persuasive negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach.
