Field Operator - Cementing

About the Role

Join us as a Field Operator specializing in Cementing, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting and executing cementing operations at well sites. The position involves operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting cementing equipment to provide safe, efficient, and quality service while strictly adhering to health, safety, environment (HSE), quality, and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks following company non-negotiable standards, established procedures, and cultural pillars.
• Carry out routine and detailed instructions related to wellsite activities and equipment maintenance both onsite and in the workshop.
• Prepare equipment and adhere to the Permit to Work system before starting operations, including aiding in risk assessment preparation.
• Support the creation of reports for onshore and offshore operations, ensuring compliance with all company quality and operational guidelines.
• Strictly observe safety and environmental procedures, and participate in Client Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• At least three years of hands-on experience as a Cementing Field Operator.
• Basic understanding of the oil and gas industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills paired with good organizational and analytical skills.
