Field Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Collection Executive to join our fintech services team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for collecting overdue loan, credit card, and EMI payments by visiting customers in person, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to customers to recover overdue payments related to loans, credit cards, and EMIs.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding their outstanding dues and inform them about various payment options.
• Engage in negotiation with customers to encourage timely settlement of dues.
• Meet designated monthly collection targets assigned by the organization.
• Maintain professionalism at all times while adhering to company guidelines and policies.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily visit reports to the Team Leader for tracking and review.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Effective communication and strong negotiation capabilities.
• Possession of a smartphone for communication and reporting purposes.
• Owning a two-wheeler and valid driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
• Open to both fresh graduates and experienced individuals interested in the role.
