Field Executive

Job Overview

Uncover Wellness Private Limited seeks motivated and dependable individuals to join their Operations team as Field Executives. This position is centered on overseeing and facilitating on-site activities at various hospitals, coordinating with diverse teams, and ensuring operational procedures run seamlessly.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations across designated hospital sites.
• Offer direct operational assistance to guarantee smooth workflow.
• Maintain regular communication with hospital personnel, doctors, and internal teams.
• Handle vendor relations including follow-ups and resolving issues promptly.
• Provide timely operational reports and updates.
• Travel to multiple hospital locations as operationally required.
• Support the implementation and effective execution of operational processes.
• Proactively escalate and solve challenges encountered in the field.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience in field operations, healthcare operations, or similar coordination roles is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel for field assignments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective coordination and follow-up capabilities.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and reporting tools is advantageous.
• Adept at working efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from 30000 to 35000 INR.
