Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Field Collection Executive will be tasked with the comprehensive management and collection of assigned loan portfolios. This includes conducting regular visits to EV dealerships and customer sites to ensure collections are effectively managed. A primary focus of the position involves working with non-starter accounts and carrying out daily visits specifically targeting delinquent customers.

Collections must be promptly deposited at specified branches within the prescribed turnaround time (TAT). Maintaining daily productivity reports (MIS) along with detailed analysis and sharing these with senior management is an essential responsibility of the role.
