Position Overview

We seek an enthusiastic, technically skilled Field Application Engineer to manage deployment, testing, and client engagement for our advanced robotic platforms, including drones, quadruped robots, and humanoids. The role involves office-based work in Singapore combined with frequent travel to project sites, requiring valid travel documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and operate robotic equipment in diverse environments, supporting testing and gathering performance data.
• Oversee remote robotic operations and assist in delivering client demonstrations and presentations.
• Act as a liaison between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
• Maintain detailed records of technical issues, testing outcomes, and client input.
• Diagnose hardware and software problems, contributing to ongoing process enhancements.
• Work collaboratively with multiple teams to refine system capabilities and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills adaptable to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Readiness to travel frequently across various locations, preferably holding an up-to-date passport.
• Highly organized with the ability to thrive in team-oriented environments.

Desirable Skills

• Practical experience working directly with robotic hardware such as drones, quadrupeds, or humanoid systems.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, sensors, and robotic components.
• Familiarity with programming or scripting in languages like Python or C++.
• Experience in field testing, remote control operations, or technical client support roles is advantageous.
