Role Overview

The Facilities Operative will maintain cleanliness and upkeep of all site facilities at the Cannington location. This role operates on a 4-day on, 4-day off shift pattern, working from 06:00 to 18:00.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards to align with company expectations
• Manage stock-related issues effectively
• Perform cleaning duties in various areas including canteens, toilets, locker rooms, offices, and reception spaces
• Provide cover for absent colleagues when required
• Ensure all equipment and materials are safe and effective before, during, and after tasks
• Communicate clearly and effectively
• Operate independently with minimal supervision
• Collaborate well in a team environment
• Dedicate oneself to high-quality work standards
• Possess numeracy skills
• Have awareness of C.O.S.H.H (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations and health and safety practices
