Key Responsibilities
- Craft detailed legal documents such as defenses, appeals, and counterarguments with technical precision.
- Evaluate supporting materials and apply specialized legal theories effectively.
- Meet deadlines emphasizing promptness and maintaining high technical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in high-volume Civil Litigation and Banking Law.
- Exceptional drafting skills, demonstrating mastery of formal language, clear argumentation, and concise expression.
- Operational efficiency with the ability to produce quality legal documents quickly.
- Strong communication, proactive mindset, and adaptability to legal strategies employed by the organization.
- Possession of a personal token for court system access.
Employment Details
- Engagement through Service Provision (PJ).
- Role is fully remote and external.
- Compensation based on document production output.
Additional Advantages
- Self-management skills to control workflow independently.
- Familiarity with legal management software such as Seven, Projudi, PJE, or equivalents.
