Executive II - Field Audit

Role Overview

This position is dedicated to validating the precision, quality, and compliance of recorded customer visit information via comprehensive audits conducted at the field level. It requires performing on-location customer verifications, cross-checking data against internal records, and evaluating the success of collection activities. This role also encompasses compiling detailed audit reports, pinpointing discrepancies, and suggesting enhancements. Supporting training programs to synchronize collection team activities with audit protocols and company policies to maintain consistent and compliant operations is integral.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine visits to customer premises to confirm the accuracy of details documented by collection agents, including contact information, visit timing, and results.
• Verify field visit data by matching it with data stored within company systems to detect errors or mismatches.
• Assess the caliber of customer dealings and the efficiency of collection efforts.
• Develop comprehensive audit documentation that outlines observations, actionable advice, and areas for enhancement.
• Contribute to creating training materials and lead training activities to improve collection agents' understanding of auditing criteria and best procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and legal regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in field auditing or a closely related function is desirable.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Competency in computer applications and relevant software including CRM and data analytics tools.
• Capability to operate independently and collaborate effectively within teams.
• Possession of a valid driving license and dependable transportation means.
• Background in collections is advantageous.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards is preferred.
• Familiarity with the geographic regions where audits are performed is a plus.
