Job Role Description
As an Executive at Kiba Mini Estates, you will hold a full-time position based on-site in Kampala. Your primary duties will involve managing everyday operations, coordinating property management tasks, and ensuring tenant issues are addressed promptly and courteously. You will supervise staff, oversee property maintenance activities, assist with budget preparation, and handle lease documentation. Additionally, you will partner with the leadership team to support strategic planning, drive operational improvements, and aid in marketing and maintaining client relations. Regular presence at estate sites, active participation in meetings, and delivering timely operational and financial reports are essential parts of this role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven capability in managing operations efficiently, including coordinating daily workflows.
- Strong organizational and administrative proficiency for documentation management, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Basic knowledge of financial practices including expense tracking, budget assistance, and report preparation.
- Experience or a keen interest in real estate, property management, or facilities management is beneficial.
- Ability to commit to full-time, on-site work in Kampala, handle multiple tasks, and make independent decisions.
- Familiarity with standard office software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email; openness to learning new tools.
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or related fields is preferred or equivalent experience.
