Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently managing complex and dynamic calendars for two Managing Directors on a prominent client-facing team.
  • Coordinating national and international travel schedules, preparing comprehensive itineraries and materials for meetings.
  • Scheduling and organizing various meetings, conferences, and events both internally and externally.
  • Serving as the primary liaison and gatekeeper for senior leadership, ensuring smooth communication flow.
  • Supporting CRM system updates, generating reports, and handling administrative tracking.
  • Managing expense processing, invoices, and reimbursement procedures timely and accurately.
  • Composing official correspondence and assisting with presentations and report preparations.
  • Collaborating with other assistants to guarantee seamless operational support across the team.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications
