Exam Center Invigilators

Position Overview

The Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University is seeking to appoint 40 invigilators for its Exam Center. This role is situated within the university administration's structural division and involves overseeing exam processes in designated sections.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute examination papers within assigned areas.
• Inform students about their rights and responsibilities related to the exam.
• Distribute exam ticket forms to students.
• Monitor the exam conduct in designated sectors.
• Ensure students comply with exam regulations.
• Answer procedural and technical questions posed by students.
• Collect examination papers after completion.
• Transfer exam materials to the exam center representative.

Educational Requirements

Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Application Process

Applicants are required to submit identity documentation, a curriculum vitae (CV), and a copy of the higher education diploma via the exam center's official platform.

Remuneration and Working Hours

Invigilators will receive a daily payment of 38 GEL. Working hours are set from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. During examination periods, Saturdays are considered working days.
