Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate project specifications to prepare precise cost estimates for insulation, heat tracing, and shrink wrapping assignments.
• Partner closely with project managers, sales teams, and clients to ensure thorough understanding of projects.
• Establish and nurture relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Compile and present comprehensive reports detailing project expenditures and schedules.
• Participate in enhancing and refining the estimation processes continuously.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as an estimator within the industrial or construction sectors emphasizing insulation, heat tracing, and shrink wrapping.
• Strong aptitude for analysis and mathematics.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with estimation software tools.
• Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within teams.
• Knowledge about shrink wrapping and containment methods is advantageous.
