About the Role
Maurya Finserv (Maurya Shares & Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd.) is seeking Equity Dealers to join their Patna branch. This position is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of the stock market and an aptitude for engaging with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients daily to assess their trading and investment requirements.
- Execute buy and sell orders for equities, including cash and derivatives, using trading terminals.
- Monitor market fluctuations, stock price movements, and relevant news to support clients effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client orders and ensure their prompt completion.
- Collaborate with the back-office team to facilitate trade settlements and reporting processes.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with the existing client base.
- Adhere to all SEBI and stock exchange compliance protocols.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Solid knowledge of equity and stock market operations.
- Comfortable communicating with clients both telephonically and face-to-face.
- Basic familiarity with trading platforms is advantageous.
- Graduate degree in any discipline, with preference for Commerce or Finance.
- Open to fresh graduates passionate about the markets as well as experienced individuals.
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi and English.
Compensation and Working Conditions
- Monthly salary ranging between 12,000 to 16,000 INR.
- Employment at a SEBI-registered brokerage firm providing career growth prospects.
- Direct exposure to live equity market operations.
- A collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Work schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Work location: Patna, Bihar.
