About the Role

Join Found, the exclusive in-house operator of a leading UK developer’s Family Entertainment Centre, as an Environmental Operative. This hands-on position plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and waste management to support seamless operations and promote sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bin storage areas.
• Handle and maintain large waste containers, including manual handling tasks.
• Lead recycling efforts by managing bulky waste and encouraging recycling initiatives.
• Break down packaging boxes, clean refuse storage areas, and work with tenants for commercial waste collection coordination.
• Conduct regular patrols of premises to ensure standards are met and document findings in reports.
• Perform thorough cleaning of communal spaces, including litter picking and bin emptying.
• Attend to minor maintenance tasks such as lamp replacement and touch-up painting.
• Report additional maintenance needs promptly and complete all required paperwork on schedule.
