About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Entertainment team in Alexandra, Otago. This position involves assisting customers with all entertainment-related needs, from setting up gaming systems to helping choose new phones. The role is suited to someone who thrives in a busy setting, enjoys diverse tasks, and values creating exceptional customer interactions. A keen interest in technology is highly desirable.
Working Hours
- Sunday to Tuesday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
- Wednesday to Thursday: 4:00pm – 8:00pm
Candidate Profile
- Proven background in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
- Passion and knowledge related to entertainment technologies and products
- Strong communication skills
- A positive and proactive approach to work
