Engineering Trainee

Overview

Enterprise IT Solutions is seeking motivated Junior Engineer Trainees to join their teams in Coimbatore and Hosur. This full-time role targets fresh graduates or those with up to one year of experience, aiming to develop skills in production, manufacturing, quality control, process engineering, and machine operations.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Automation.
• Diploma in Mechanical, EEE, or Automation.
• B.Sc. in Physics.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist engineering and production teams with daily tasks and operations.
• Interpret and adhere to engineering drawings, work instructions, and process specifications.
• Support production activities ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor machines and processes, assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct basic inspections and measurements of components using appropriate measuring instruments.
• Comply with 5S methodology, safety protocols, quality requirements, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
• Gain practical experience and knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
