Email Marketing Coordinator

Overview

Everyday Health Group is seeking a meticulous and organized Email Marketing Coordinator to enhance their marketing team. This full-time, fully remote position involves overseeing the execution of daily email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment between marketing strategies and the sales pipeline.

Key Duties

• Manage the daily setup, scheduling, optimization, and deployment of email marketing programs.
• Collaborate closely with the sales department to create cohesive email sequences that integrate marketing campaigns with sales outreach efforts.
• Maintain database integrity by performing monthly updates, accurate segmentation, and routine cleaning of contact lists to enhance deliverability.
• Analyze email performance metrics to generate insights that support sales and drive continuous campaign improvements.
• Develop and maintain automated customer journeys including welcome emails, nurture sequences, and re-engagement campaigns.

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of practical experience in digital marketing focused on email campaign management.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency with major Email Service Providers (ESPs) such as Mailchimp, Campaigner, or Klaviyo.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template design ensuring responsiveness across devices.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills, with an ability to craft compelling subject lines and clear calls to action.
• Comfortable using data analysis tools, including Excel and Google Analytics, to interpret campaign outcomes.

Preferred Expertise

• Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for marketing materials creation.
• Familiarity with healthcare, medical/dental sectors, or e-commerce marketing environments.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is from $55,000 to $65,000 annually, with actual pay determined by experience, skills, education, and geographic factors.
