Role Overview

We are seeking two enthusiastic sales consultants to expand our community of families. As the initial point of connection for parents, you will introduce our offerings, assist them in selecting the most appropriate programs for their children, and successfully convert inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell the centre's educational programs to families.
• Manage inquiries received through walk-ins, telephone calls, and WhatsApp messages, while actively following up on potential leads.
• Provide guided tours of the centre and hold consultations with parents.
• Achieve monthly enrollment goals and maintain detailed sales pipeline reports.
• Represent Fekra Centre at various community events and educational fairs.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable sales experience within an education or training center in the UAE is mandatory.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills combined with a genuine enthusiasm for children’s education.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven history of meeting sales targets.
