Education Loan Executive

About the Role

We are looking to recruit a dedicated Education Loan Executive to join our energetic team at Secure Cover Consultants Private Limited based in East Patel Nagar, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will focus on guiding students and their families through the education loan process, ensuring all procedures comply with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on various education loan options including eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment plans.
• Assess financial backgrounds of applicants to determine loan eligibility.
• Gather and verify necessary documents such as KYC, admission letters, fee structures, and co-borrower information.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with applicants to gather pending documents or provide updates.
• Ensure all loan applications comply with internal and regulatory guidelines.
• Record and update information related to loan applications, disbursements, and customer communications.
• Represent the company at educational fairs, seminars, and webinars to promote loan products.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong persuasion abilities and consistent follow-up practices.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.

Work Details

• Position is based on-site at 23/1, 2nd Floor, East Patel Nagar, Near Annie's Kerala Kitchen, New Delhi – 110008.
• Shift timing from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Immediate joining preferred.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary between 12000 and 20000 INR.
