Role Overview
Lead the future of Hyundai's storytelling across Europe by crafting impactful, audience-centric narratives spanning corporate, executive, product, and lifestyle communications. This role involves combining strategic planning with practical editorial skills to deliver multi-channel content initiatives that enhance brand perception, thought leadership, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide the creation and execution of contemporary omni-channel storytelling across corporate, executive, product, and lifestyle segments.
- Produce high-caliber editorial and multimedia materials such as written content, videos, photography, live streams, and digital media.
- Develop engaging scripts, innovative concepts, and scalable long-term editorial formats and series.
- Shape Hyundai's corporate messaging through strategic editorial initiatives focused on audience-first storytelling.
- Manage the entire editorial process from idea generation to content publication and performance tracking.
- Establish data-informed content strategies by defining key performance indicators, testing methods, and continuous optimization procedures.
- Explore and adopt cutting-edge storytelling formats that align with evolving audience behaviors and industry trends.
- Transform executive communications into powerful, contemporary thought leadership pieces.
- Collaborate extensively with Social Media Marketing teams, market stakeholders, agencies, and the CEO Office.
- Contribute to journalist experience content creation, including press releases, visuals, videos, and localizing global content.
- Coordinate editorial boards, production partners, social media teams, and content creators effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in Journalism, Media, Entertainment, or a comparable area, or equivalent professional experience in journalism/media.
- Over 12 years of experience in editorial, media, content creation, or corporate communications.
- Expertise in copywriting, multimedia storytelling, and social media content development.
- Hands-on experience in video editing, live streaming, and producing digital content.
- Demonstrated skill in developing long-term content strategies and scalable editorial formats.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital trends, audience insights, and content performance optimization.
- Proven leadership in managing multifunctional content teams, agencies, and external production collaborators.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities, including engagement with executive leadership.
- Creative, proactive, highly organized with a strong aptitude for storytelling and maintaining brand relevance.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage.
