  • Handle day-to-day administrative work such as file organization, manuscript tracking, printing, emailing, and maintaining High School Editorial tracking records.
  • Support review programs and survey administration.
  • Track and process author contracts and related payments.
  • Manage text and image permissions in coordination with authors and permissions teams.
  • Draft promotional copy for catalogs, book covers, and sales collateral.
  • Create and edit Word and Excel documents to support projects and office needs.
  • Line edit manuscripts and contribute ideas to the publishing strategy for assigned titles.
  • Help with other assignments as needed, including meeting scheduling and similar coordination tasks.

Compensation and benefits
