About the Role

We are seeking a driven E-commerce Trading Manager to become a vital part of our E-Commerce Team based in Al Khobar, Eastern Saudi Arabia. The individual will be responsible for enhancing trading performance by participating in key decision-making forums focused on promotional strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze trading performance data to influence strategic decisions and promotional planning.
  • Oversee the implementation of promotional campaigns on the website to maximize customer engagement, sales, and conversion rates.
  • Lead the team in ensuring all promotional activities launch correctly and on schedule, including work during off-hours and weekends for monitoring purposes.
  • Utilize web analytics in collaboration with Commercial and Marketing departments to assess promotional success, providing feedback and recommendations to management.

  • Conduct routine competitor analyses covering both physical stores and online platforms to maintain market awareness.
  • Monitor onsite search patterns to identify popular keywords, adjusting products shown in search results to improve conversions.
  • Maintain optimal user experience daily and coordinate regularly with the User Experience team.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of promotional marketing campaigns.
