Role overview
This is a senior growth role for a partner company, with applications and hiring steps handled by that employer. The position is based in Germany and is focused on building a modern e-commerce business at the intersection of health, science, and decentralized innovation. The role calls for a strong direct-to-consumer approach, ownership of acquisition strategy, and a hands-on style in a fast-moving, mission-led environment.
You will be responsible for shaping the full customer journey, from initial discovery through repeat purchase, while improving conversion, retention, and overall growth performance. Success in this role depends on fast experimentation, sharp analytical thinking, and the ability to scale what works across multiple digital channels.
Core accountabilities
- Take ownership of customer acquisition across paid, organic, and owned channels, including paid social, paid search, SEO, email, content, and website optimization.
- Design, launch, and refine performance marketing initiatives with close attention to CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and scalable growth.
- Strengthen the entire funnel by improving acquisition, activation, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Build lifecycle marketing flows such as email and SMS programs that increase engagement and repeat purchases.
- Review performance data on a daily basis to spot opportunities, validate ideas, and expand winning campaigns quickly.
- Work with product, community, and research teams to create strong product messaging and support go-to-market efforts for new launches.
- Improve the e-commerce setup, including site performance, landing pages, and support for expansion into international markets.
What the role needs
- At least 5 years of experience in D2C e-commerce, preferably in health, wellness, or supplement-focused consumer brands.
- Demonstrated ability to grow paid acquisition channels such as Meta, Google, and TikTok while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
- Broad knowledge of growth marketing across paid media, SEO, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong analytical capability with working knowledge of CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel conversion metrics, and attribution models.
- Practical experience building or scaling e-commerce businesses from early-stage to growth-stage environments.
- A highly data-led working style with a strong habit of testing, learning, and improving based on results.
- Comfort working independently in a remote-first setup with clear ownership and strong execution discipline.
