Driver and Stores Person

Role Overview

The appointed individual will be responsible for managing warehouse inventory and ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers. Comprehensive product knowledge, specifically related to electrical items, coupled with outstanding customer service skills, is essential. Training regarding the product lineup will be provided. There are opportunities for career advancement through exposure to different operational areas for motivated candidates.

Working Hours

The schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with additional shifts on alternating or every third Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering products directly to customers.
• Performing warehouse operations including goods receipt and dispatch.
• Loading and unloading stock.
• Processing and preparing customer orders.
• Executing any additional duties as assigned.

Desired Experience

• Background in electrical wholesale and familiarity with electrical products is advantageous.
• Experience functioning in a dynamic warehouse environment.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organizational and time management proficiency.
• Ability to work well within a team setting and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
• High attention to detail and capability to multitask efficiently.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Valid forklift certification is preferred.
