Role overview
This is a full-time drafting and BIM role based in Singapore’s central area, Outram. The working schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The position includes AWS and variable bonus benefits.
Core responsibilities
- Build accurate and detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and related software.
- Develop Revit families and components aligned with project requirements and LOD 500 standards.
- Prepare clear 2D construction drawings and technical documentation while following Singapore regulations, codes, and standards.
- Join site coordination meetings and other project discussions when needed.
- Work with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to reflect design inputs correctly in BIM models.
- Carry out clash detection and resolve coordination issues across architectural, structural, and MEP elements using Navisworks or comparable tools.
- Keep BIM models updated over the full project lifecycle.
- Generate quantity take-offs to support estimating, procurement, and construction planning.
- Check deliverables for quality, consistency, and accuracy before submission.
- Assist with progress claims and work-done claims using the necessary supporting documents and as-built drawings.
- Guide and mentor junior colleagues on BIM tools and workflow practices.
- Handle drafting tasks such as schematic diagrams, shop drawings, and coordination drawings.
- Support general administrative work to help daily operations run smoothly and maintain a positive office environment.
