Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer/Engineer specializing in .NET technologies to join our team in Bengaluru. The candidate will engage in developing scalable and reusable services, integrating multiple products, and contributing to cloud-based solutions within an Agile Scrum environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Design and implement solutions utilizing Microservices Architecture for at least three years.
- Write SQL scripts and design database schemas to support application requirements.
- Integrate multiple software products ensuring seamless communication.
- Work with event streaming platforms such as Kafka or Azure Service Bus.
- Apply Data Structures, SOLID principles, exception handling, and design patterns effectively.
- Utilize Azure services including SignalR, Container Apps, API Management, Gateways, Static Web Apps, Functions, Storage Accounts, and Service Bus.
- Create reusable .NET libraries and containerize services using Docker technology.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using GitHub workflows.
- Collaborate actively within Agile Scrum teams.
- Use front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript with proficiency in standard libraries and CSS frameworks.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing REST APIs with ASP.NET Core.
- At least 3 years of experience working in Microservices architecture design and implementation.
- Strong skills in SQL scripting and database data modeling.
- Experience integrating multiple applications and products.
- Familiarity with event stream processing systems like Kafka or Azure Service Bus.
- Solid understanding of software design principles including SOLID and common design patterns.
- Good experience with Azure cloud-native services.
- Proficiency in containerization using Docker.
- Knowledge in building automated CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub workflows.
- Experience and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Competent with front-end scripting and styling technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript) and frameworks.
