The founding members focus on contributing to Indigenous prosperity by supporting non-profits and enhancing economic opportunities for thirteen First Nations in Saskatchewan. Role Overview

The District Manager role, based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, operates in a hybrid format combining on-site store visits with remote work flexibility. This position supervises multiple retail cannabis locations, ensuring consistent adherence to operational standards, compliance with provincial regulations, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and support store managers to strengthen team capabilities and operational alignment.
• Oversee sales performance by monitoring KPIs, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to boost revenue and profits.
• Conduct regular visits to retail locations to assess merchandising, inventory management, and compliance with cannabis laws and company policies.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and enhance customer service satisfaction.
• Promote and cultivate an inclusive, high-performing team culture across stores.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on initiatives that reflect the company’s commitment to community engagement and responsible cannabis retailing.

Required Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills for clear guidance, feedback, and reporting to teams and management.
• Proven track record in customer service excellence and managing escalated issues in retail settings.
• Experience leading multi-location teams with a focus on coaching and performance improvement.
• Demonstrated sales expertise, consistently meeting or surpassing targets by leveraging data-driven insights.
• Background in retail management, ideally within regulated sectors (cannabis, alcohol, pharmaceuticals).
• Familiarity with provincial cannabis regulations and dedication to compliant, responsible operations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills suited for dynamic environments.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel frequently across Saskatchewan stores.
• Post-secondary education in business, retail management, or related disciplines is beneficial.
