Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate actively within a team to promote financial and culinary accomplishments.
• Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils thoroughly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish room and related equipment.
• Ensure all kitchen areas meet required safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards as specified by regulatory agencies.
• Contribute to a clean, safe, professional, and upbeat working environment.
• Support sales and service efforts through active participation in the team.

Physical and Work Requirements

• Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds frequently during shifts.
• Regular bending, stooping, and kneeling are necessary for job tasks.
• Standing for long periods throughout the work shift is expected.
• Competence in handling a variety of equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys, and other kitchen tools safely.
• Work schedules are determined based on operational needs.

Compensation

The hourly pay rate for this position typically ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 or minimum wage, depending on experience, skills, location, and available budget.
