Key Responsibilities

• Familiarize yourself with Bank of Georgia's processes and product offerings.
• Assist and consult customers visiting the service center on completing transactions through remote channels.
• Introduce customers to the bank's products and help activate and utilize these products via remote channels.
• Manage customer queues and direct client flow efficiently.
