Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Product Manager for a 6-month contract role based in Dublin with hybrid working flexibility. The successful candidate will take full ownership of a core digital web portal, handling all aspects from strategic planning to delivery and ongoing optimization. This position sits at the intersection of business strategy, user experience, and customer operations to enhance user-centric digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategy aligned with business objectives, continuously updating the roadmap in response to user insights and market developments.
- Lead multidisciplinary agile teams including Technology, UX/UI Designers, and Operations to deploy new features and improvements.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, translating large requirements into detailed Epics and User Stories.
- Define performance metrics and analyze user data and feedback to identify pain points and optimize user experience.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and wider business units, ensuring alignment with Compliance and Risk requirements to meet regulatory standards.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- At least two years of experience in Digital Product Management, preferably focused on front-end web products.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting workshops, backlog management, and steering agile rituals.
- Strong emphasis on user experience with a front-end focus, prioritizing customer needs over purely technical aspects.
- Experience in regulated industries or sectors with intensive customer service is advantageous.
- Commercially driven, highly proactive, and confident in independently advancing projects.
- A Bachelor's degree is required; possession of a Master's degree is favorable.
