Role Overview
The Digital Media Specialist will plan, develop, and execute integrated digital advertising campaigns for prominent DAC clients. The role involves managing paid search, paid social, online video, display, and other essential media channels, representing the core offerings of DAC's services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in managing biddable paid media campaigns.
- Create and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports covering all paid media channels.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to coordinate campaign efforts.
- Analyze and monitor paid search and display campaigns to identify opportunities for expansion and optimization aligned with client objectives.
- Build, launch, optimize, and maintain campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Conduct A/B testing of search ad copy and banner creatives to enhance campaign performance.
- Perform keyword, placement, and market research to support new and ongoing campaigns.
- Implement conversion tracking with help from the marketing science team and manage campaign trafficking via CM360; possess knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Conduct quality assurance for campaign setup and post-launch activities.
Candidate Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing paid search, social, display, and video campaigns, preferably within a performance-focused agency environment.
- Experience participating in client relationship management, strategic input, and client presentations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill and tailor messages to different audiences.
- Proficiency in using third-party bid management tools such as DoubleClick or Kenshoo.
- Capability to structure campaigns on Google and Microsoft Ads effectively aligned with client business needs and industry best practices.
- Skilled in generating and interpreting reports to provide high-level insights on campaign results.
- Accurate management of campaign budgets across multiple platforms.
- Competence in estimating traffic and costs for campaigns.
- Ability to develop campaigns spanning multiple locations, geographic areas, and business lines.
- Designing campaigns linked to conversion-optimized landing pages created at scale.
- Offering detailed recommendations for optimization based on campaign performance.
- Experience conducting ad copy and ad extension testing.
- Deep understanding of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads features and integrating them effectively.
- Advanced skills in Excel, including VLookups, Pivot Tables, and data visualization techniques.
- Demonstrates ownership and meticulous attention to detail in managing campaigns.

Work Schedule and Location
This position requires onsite attendance three days per week at the Purchase, NY office. Remote work options are not available.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is estimated between $55,000 and $75,000 annually. Exact salary depends on factors like location, experience, skills, and organizational budgets, and forms part of a comprehensive compensation package.
