Overview

The Digital Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Art Director to craft and enhance digital experiences across owned digital channels including websites and apps, email marketing strategies, and diversified marketing campaigns. These campaigns cover paid digital media and social media for high-profile brands such as Miami Dolphins, F1 Miami GP, Hard Rock Stadium, and Miami Open. The role involves conceptualizing and designing creative outputs such as web and app interfaces, developing email marketing materials, and creating paid digital and social media posts from initial concept through final execution.

This position requires a strong design perspective, a passion for storytelling, and the skill to maintain brand consistency while pushing innovative ideas across a broad portfolio of globally recognized brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the design team in brainstorming and delivering design projects focused on digital-first marketing assets.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years’ professional experience in Graphic Design, preferably within an agency or corporate setting with a digital emphasis.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Graphic Design or related discipline.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of modern design practices specific to web, email, and advertising platform constraints, including accessibility standards.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop with additional skills in Lightroom, Outlook, and Microsoft Office on OS platforms.
  • Experience in using HubSpot (or similar platforms) to create and optimize emails and landing pages is highly desirable.
  • Background in sports, entertainment, and/or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.
