Key Responsibilities

• Develop conversion-optimized ad creatives (both static and animated) for performance campaigns on Meta, YouTube, Google, and Pinterest.
• Design engaging newsletter templates and content that captivate our customers.
• Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team, deriving creative strategies from campaign goals and test results, and iteratively refining creatives based on performance data.
• Create UI elements and screens within the existing design system and maintain its components to ensure consistent, brand-aligned presentation.

Additional Information

This role is offered exclusively as a full-time permanent position; freelance or project-based arrangements are not considered. We operate as an office-first company, predominantly working onsite at our headquarters in Bonn.

Candidate Profile

• Completed studies, training, or comparable qualifications in graphic design, communication design, UI/UX design, or related fields.
• Relevant professional experience as a Digital Designer, UI Designer, or a similar position.
• Proficient in Figma, including expertise with design systems, components, and auto-layout; familiarity with CMS platforms is advantageous.
• Experience designing performance advertising materials for social and paid channels; knowledge of Meta Ads Library and skills in animated creatives or video content production (e.g., After Effects) are desirable.
• Fluent integration of AI tools in daily workflow to expedite routine tasks and enhance creative freedom.
• Strong communication skills, structured and independent working style, solution-oriented mindset, and being a team player.
• Fluent in German and good command of English; additional languages are a plus given our international scope.
