Your role will involve applying off-the-shelf platforms, proprietary Beca products, and customized solutions, making the digital consulting experience both inspiring and diverse.

This position involves working on both internal initiatives and external client projects. Depending on your experience, responsibilities may range from supporting project teams to leading scope, design, and delivery of digital solutions. Experience and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital-related fields such as consulting, project delivery, business analysis, product ownership, data, technology, infrastructure, asset management, or government roles focused on solving complex issues and achieving practical results
• Excellent relationship building, facilitation, and communication capabilities
• Ability to bridge client needs, business requirements, and technical teams effectively
• Familiarity with delivery methodologies including agile, waterfall, or hybrid approaches, or eagerness to develop expertise in these areas
• Proven ability to define requirements at business, user, or system levels
• Experience with technology platforms like Microsoft, Esri, Autodesk, Bentley is advantageous but not mandatory
• Interest and curiosity about engineering, infrastructure, asset management, and digital transformation
