Role Overview: Digital Trading and CRO
The team specializes in conversion rate optimization and digital growth, employing advanced analytical tools to enhance digital channels worldwide. As a Digital Assistant Trading Manager, you will drive global expansion, manage digital catalogs, optimize merchandising, and collaborate extensively across departments and markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Online Trading Manager in expanding Kurt Geiger's presence globally by launching new Shopify-based websites in different regions and markets, ensuring impactful brand positioning and commercial success.
- Oversee website catalog management, including uploading new products, creating categories, and handling extensive product assortments.
- Continuously test and optimize onsite merchandising and product rankings to maximize commercial goals, tailoring approaches to local markets.
- Enhance search and navigation features to improve product discovery and user engagement on the site.
- Update, monitor, and report digital forecasts and trading plans, providing clear insights aligned with key market events.
- Collaborate closely with both local market teams and offshore groups, sharing insights and offering guidance to stimulate growth in recently launched countries.
- Liaise with brick-and-mortar teams to align digital trading plans with stock levels, sell-through rates, product allocation, new releases, and replenishment schedules.
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing to optimize traffic by highlighting product or category opportunities within the trading plan.
- Provide support to other digital team members by maintaining clarity on trading plans and uncovering commercial opportunities.
Required Skills and Experience
- Preferably experience working with Shopify websites and related platforms, although not mandatory.
- Familiarity with digital merchandising tools like Fred Hopper is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, capable of managing and analyzing large data sets accurately.
- Conversational ability in Spanish is beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence diverse stakeholders across different time zones.
